Every CHEKIR piece is carefully packaged in our studio and shipped with express couriers, tracking included. Below you'll find everything about delivery times, rates and what to expect after your order.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 24–48 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country — these are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Something Wrong?
If your address needs to be corrected after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it until the order ships. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, write to us at info@chekir.co and we'll take care of it right away. For damaged items, please see our Refund Policy — claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
