Refund Policy

At Chekir, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipment. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. To be eligible for a claim:

• You must contact us at info@chekir.co within 48 hours of delivery.
• Your message must include your order number and clear photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.
• The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window or without supporting evidence will not be accepted.

3. Claim Outcomes

Once we review your claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our sole discretion:

• Replacement: we send a new item of the same style and size, subject to availability.
• Store credit: issued as a credit code valid for future purchases on chekir.co.

Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

4. Items Not Eligible for Claims

The following are not eligible for any claim or resolution:

• Items returned without prior approval.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• Damage caused by improper care (e.g. exposure to chlorine, sunscreen, or rough surfaces).
• Minor variations in colour or texture due to screen display differences.
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event a replacement is approved for a damaged item, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
